As as artist who works primarily in various printmaking processes, I find myself vacillating among working from memory, from photo references, and working directly with photographic elements. I'm interested in the idea of a narrative that the viewer elicits from the work I create, and try to avoid overt or direct meaning with the visual elements I utilize in compositions. I also enjoy employing various mark making that is either inherent or directly associated with various printmaking processes.
