Do you offer your space to photographers?

Yes! photographers can rent our space for photo shoots

How many people does your space accommodate?

You can fit 35 guests in each of our spaces.

What furniture do you provide?

A comprehensive list of the furniture in the building can be sent to you on request.  We can also suggest floor plans for your gathering!

04.

Can I move furniture?

Yes!  We just ask you put it back as you found it at the end of your rental.

05.

Where are the restrooms?

The restrooms are located on the main floor. There are no bathrooms upstairs.

Do you have an elevator?

No, this is an old building so please be aware the stairs are also steep!

07.

Do you provide cleaning products?

Yes! All cleaning products will be provided for you as part of your rental.  If you would like us to clean up for you please add the cleaning fee to your rental request!

Do you serve tea at parties?

You can add a self serve tea package! The package is $25 per 10 people and includes tea, cups and condiments and a consultation with our tea specialist on what to serve.

Do you have a fridge I can use?

Yes!  We have a small fridge and a sink in the Studio Space for you to use.

Can I serve alcohol?

Yes!  However you are responsible for alcohol consumption on the premises. Please see the terms and conditions!

11.

Can I use candles at my gathering?

Unfortunately no as this is a very old building we ask you do not have open flames of any kind on the premises.

12.

Can I use the tea bar and kitchen?

The tea bar and kitchen are not available to rent, and are not available for use during your gathering.
