Wet Felted Luminaries

Add a glow to the evenings by creating a beautiful wet felted merino lumniary.  This class includes instruction and demonstration of the wet felting technique to create a 3d object, focusing on thin fiber layers. Also the addition of embellishments and wool layout will be addressed.  Materials inclde soft merino batting also silk, viscose and yarn for embellishing.  No previous experience necessary.  Each student will felt shape and complete a luminary to take home LED lights will be provided.  Suitable for ages 12 and up.
