About the event
Class Five - October 29th
Join me for a class catered just for you. In this class to finish up the 5 weeks, I will invite you to let me know what body parts are bothering you at the start of the class and I will create a class catered to each of your needs. We will finish this class with guided meditation. We will be pairing this class with an Apple spiced Gingerbread - as the weather gets colder this is a beautiful tea to enchant the senses and put you in that holiday spirit.
