In this 4 week course, students will learn the fundamentals of drawing as a visual expression. With a focus on learning to draw accurately, students will develop the confidence and capability to draw things as they see them.

About the event

This class is recommended to anyone interested in learning how to see the world through a lens of creativity, and deepen their understanding in the practice of drawing in pencil, charcoal, or any other mark making medium. This 4 week workshop will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the month of November. Purchasing this ticket will sign you up for all of the following dates below.

The Instructor, Alec Zemper, is a self taught painter, and will be teaching a range of fine arts courses from Intro to drawing to 1 day intensive workshops! From Studying in Florence, Italy, to being an instructor at the Oregon Society of Artists and Oregon College of Art and Craft, Alec brings a unique set of skills to each workshop.
